Jennifer Morgan is the Parent Defense Program Manager at OSPD where she provides technical support and training for other Parent Defenders and works on appeals from termination of parental rights cases. Jennifer is a Corinth, MS native, and is a 2005 graduate of Ole Miss Law School.

She began her legal career working for MS Child Support Enforcement before going into private practice with Holland and Hisaw, PLLC in Horn Lake, MS. It was during this time that she started concentrating her practice on youth court. She became the full time Parent Representation Attorney for Desoto County in September of 2016 and continued in that role until she joined OSPD. She is a certified parent defender and earned her Child Welfare Law Specialist certification in 2019. She was recognized by the MS Volunteer Lawyers Project in 2015 with the Pro Bono Award and as the 2019 Reunification Hero by the MS Access to Justice Commissiion.
